Chiyo Moriuchi is a member of the Newtown Friends Meeting.  She is also the daughter and granddaughter of Japanese Americans who were illegally and unconstitutionally detained during the outbreak of World War II. 

This sad story of the power of fear and political expediency cannot be hidden or denied.  Chiyo will bring a very human face to events that are covered in only a  paragraph or two in our history books.  And, as the title indicates, there is a cautionary tale to be told.
